What are your items made of?
All of our items are printed using PLA plastic filament

 

What is PLA?
Poly or polylactic acid or polylactide is a biodegradable and bioactive thermoplastic aliphatic polyester derived from renewable resources, such as corn starch, cassava roots, chips or starch, or sugarcane.

 

I have an STL file I need printed. Can you help me?
Yes. We also offer a 3D printing service. Just contact us at info@3dgamegear.net and we will help you out.

 

I asked a question thru the Chat box, but no one responded.
I do apologize for not getting back to you.  We run this business out of our house, and sometimes we cant respond right away. If we havent responded to you within a few minutes, just send us an email to info@3dgamegear.net and we will email you back.

Can I use these items for a different game than what they are made for?
Of course you can.  The games that are mentioned in the title of some items, were just the games that we got the inspiration from.  If you want to use them for a different game, please feel free to.

 

Can I customize my order?
Yes you can.  Just contact us at info@3dgamegear.net and we will be more than happy to assist you.

 

What form of payments are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit or debit cards, and PayPal for payment.

 

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we accept international orders. 

 

Do I have to pay sales tax?
No.  Sales tax is already calculated into the price of the item

 

Can I return or exchange items from my order?
If we made any mistake in your order, we will gladly correct the error. Just contact us, and we'll help you out! Other than that, please review our Return and Exchange Policy for full details.

 

Can I place an order over the phone/mail?
Sorry, orders can only be placed online. Our online checkout process is secure and no credit card information is stored.

 

Why was my card declined?
Your card could be declined for several reasons. Make sure the card number, expiration date, and security code are entered correctly. Also be sure the card you're using is one we accept. 
We Accept: 
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express 
Also check to see if there are sufficient funds available on the card and that the billing address matches the card being used. If you continue to have problems using your card and have a PayPal account, try placing an order using PayPal instead.

 

When will my stuff ship?
All of our items are made to order, we do not carry an on-hand stock of items.  Printing and processing time varies with each order, depending on the number of items you have ordered and the amount of pieces in that order.  We try to get most orders out within 2 to 4 weeks, but sometimes longer if we have printing issues.  We want you to have the best.
  
What are the shipping charges?
We use USPS to ship our orders. All orders in the USA include FREE shipping. International orders totaling $125 or more also include FREE shipping.  For International orders under $125 we calculate the total the weight of your order and USPS will determine the actual shipping cost to your delivery address.  

 

Can I get it expedited?
Unfortunately with the nature of our business, we cannot have an item ready for expedited or Overnight delivery.  If you have a special occassion we can try to rush the order but are still limited to the time constraints of production.  Feel free to email us at info@3dgamegear.net to see what we can do for you

 

How do I track my stuff?
All of our shipments will include a tracking number which you will receive with your shipment notification email 

 

Why was I charged customs fees at delivery?
Any international order may incur a customs fee. The shipping step of the checkout process states that all international orders may incur customs fees and additional fees. These fees are being charged by your government, not our site. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
